We use oats so it's suitable to serve gluten intolerant pets. Oats are also rich in vitamins, minerals, and biotin which is great for your dog's coat. Chicken is an easily digested source of protein. This balanced, fiber-rich meal is a great way to start off the day and keeps your pet feeling fuller for longer

Serving size: Measure 2 tablespoons of muesli for every 10kgs for your dog's body weight
HUFT Tips on plating up a yum doggie breakfast:
For a warm porridge: Add the dry muesli mix to hot water and let it cook. Stir continuously until it reaches a porridge-like consistency (a few minutes should do). Let it cool and serve.
For Muesli with Yoghurt: Add the required quantity of muesli to your pet's bowl and add yoghurt. Mix and serve.
For Muesli with Fruit: The muesli can be eaten dry, just add a few chopped apple pieces (without the seeds) or banana slices on top. Some pets love the crunchy texture!

Chicken Jerky with Home-made Applesauce & Cinnamon
Besides being a doggie favourite, chicken is a great source of protein. Apples are rich in antioxidants and fibre while cinnamon contributes in controlling blood sugar levels.
Chicken Jerky with organic turmeric
Turmeric or haldi as we often call it, has a number of nutritional benefits. It has very strong antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory properties. We add a tiny pinch of freshly cracked peppercorns as this helps the body better absorb the curcumin present in turmeric.
Chicken Jerky with Spinach
Spinach is a rich source of iron, antioxidants, roughage and beta-carotene. Chicken is a great source of easily digested protein. This treat needs to be given in recommended quantities only and should not be fed to pets with renal problems.
Chicken Liver with Organic Turmeric
This is a great way to include organ meat to your pets diet. Chicken liver is beneficial thanks to its iron and Vitamin A content. Turmeric, we mentioned before has plenty of benefits including anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory properties. Adding a tiny bit of peppercorn facilitates better absorption of curcumin.
Chicken with Beetroot and Yoghurt
Chicken is a great source for protein while yoghurt contributes to healthy gut flora and promotes better digestion. Beetroot adds Vitamin C, fibre and folate to your dog’s diet (among other nutrients).
Mango Chicken Jerky
A season special made with the King of Fruits, mango gives this treat the taste of summer. In specific quantities, mango provides vitamins A, B6, C and E. It is also high in fibre. Chicken is an excellent source of protein.

What inspired Sara's Treats?
Our in-house Labrador and muse, Sara simply LOVES treats. Rather than feeding her highly processed treats that offered little nutrition, we decided to come up with some minimally processed, nutrient-rich treats that could make her snack breaks healthy. And this is exactly what Sara Treats are.
