Resploot® Sofa Bed For Dogs & Cats - Black

My 4 month old pup (Ref IMAGE 1 and 2) with all of 5 milk teeth has tore through it in a day and a half (Ref Image 3)
I gave them the benifit of the doubt and called them to see if i can exchange/return the same.
They saids the bed quality is fine and the puppy is teething and i should get him chew toys.... the irony being i have ordered many chews and chew toys from them itself.
the other bet u see in IMAGE 2 is a month old and bed from Amazon Basics that he has been playing with the same way and costs 1/3rd the price.
To that they (customer support) conveniently said No the puppy has chewed on their bed more then the other bed and so they cant do anything.
They don't care about service once ur payments have gone through.
Their Heads Up ur Wallet only ... this bed is not meant for your dog as it says in the description, its actually meant for their profits only!
Neither the bed of the brand has any integrity.
Cant decide what is worse the bed quality of the quality of the experience dealings with HEADS UP FOR FAILS!
