Spoilt food packet received with insects

Very bad experience. I dont want to give 1 star also , but that option is not there. I received the packet , the packaging was good, packet was intact , the date was also valid, but the packet was full of worms and insects. I have already complaint and sent pics of the same as proof . They have been promising me for a replacement but it has still not arrived. Very bad experience. Will never order from heads for tails ever.

Delivery timeline
