Bought this to mentally tire my dog out. The mat is of high quality and the size is big enough to hide a lot of treats in. Amazing toy to engage a hyperactive dog. But my 1 year old Rottweiler find the treats within seconds
It's our go to for rainy days when Pupluputum can't be walked or when we are busy in a meeting and he wants to play. The only downside is the treats are a little easy to find in it but that makes him love this all the more.
Waffles, 10 months old, love his snuffle mat. I hide HUFT's Yummy In My Tummy treats in his mat whenever I want to keep him mentally occupied while I work from home. He's grown super attached to his snuffle mat in less than a week.
The shuffle mat is a great addition for your new puppy. It makes them work hard to get their treats. My puppy spends 15 mins each day on it and looks forward to the same.

Mat is too light. Dogs who are using it for the first time try to shred it or rip apart. So, little heavier base would be better.
