The temperature at which your dog’s food is cooked matters. Traditionally, kibble is cooked at extremely high temperatures that go up to 400°C. Such high heat destroys essential nutrients from food. That’s why, we innovated a recipe for Hearty that does not require high heat to create the kibble pellets. Our gentle oven baking, at 3 times lower temperatures, makes sure that the nutrition from every single ingredient is retained in the manufacturing process.

The amount of Hearty Oven-Baked Dog food your dog needs depends on their body weight and average active hours per day. Please refer to your pack of Hearty for the recommended feeding guidelines suited for your dog. Also, remember to follow the 7-day transition plan when switching your dog from a different food brand to Hearty to avoid digestive unease or intolerance.

Everything in Hearty is made with no corn or soy—grains that are known to cause allergies in dogs. The recipes also contain 0 artificial preservatives, GMO, added flavours or colours that could trigger allergic reactions. We also have grain- and gluten-free options in the range in case your dog has a grain or gluten allergy.
