Earth Paws Private Limited, having its Registered Office at No. A-149, Rajeev Nagar, Village Begampur, Delhi- 110086 and corporate office address at First Floor, Plot No. 34, Institutional Area, Sector-32, Gurgaon-122001, India (herein after referred to as the : “Company”/ “We” / “Us” and “Our”) is managing and operating the mobile application / website www.headsupfortails.com  (collectively referred to as the “ Platform”) through which it inter alia facilitates the sale of Pet Products and accessories (“Products”) to the users of the Platform (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”).
