This adult dry dog food also has a reduced level of magnesium, which can also help create an environment that's less favorable for the formation of struvite stones. The high ion concentration in urine leads to stone formation including struvite and calcium oxalate crystals, that's why this veterinary exclusive recipe features RSS (Relative Super Saturation) methodology, which might help in reducing ion concentration.
