Ultrafix T Tablets contain tramadol hydrochloride which is a pain relief drug that acts on the brain to achieve its effects. It changes how pain is felt by binding €œmu-opioid€� receptors and inhibiting the reuptake of €œserotonin€� & €œnor epinephrine€� in the brain. Dogs who€™ve had surgery can be given tramadol to reduce pain.
Tramadol Hydrochloride is a synthetic centrally-acting analgesic, Used for treating moderate to severe pain in dogs and cats.  It may take up to 2 weeks for tramadol to reach its full analgesic effect. Tramadol-induced anti-nociception is only partially reversed by Naloxone.
Tramadol is a pain relief drug that is sometimes prescribed by vets to relieve arthritis in dogs and pain in general. There are a few other conditions like Anxiety, Canine degenerative myelopathy, Coughing.

Directions for use: 

• The recommended dosage for dog starts at 0.5 mg/lb (considered a very low amount) up to 1.8 mg/lb to be taken by mouth every 8 to 12 hours, but this can vary depending on the condition being treated.
• Or as suggested by the veterinarian.
• For oral use in dogs and cats only.
