Medicines marked ‘Rx’ on HUFT Pharmacy require a valid prescription. If you have a prescription, please upload a clear photo/document of it while ordering the product. If you don’t have a prescription, our vet will connect with you after you place the order to complete the consultation and verification process.

As per government regulations, any prescription that contains the details of the doctor, patient, medicine, prescription date, and doctor’s sign/stamp is valid up to 6 months from the date of issuance.

Yes. You will receive a printed invoice at the time of delivery from the assigned delivery agent.
