1. Can I order my pet’s medicines without a prescription?
Medicines marked ‘Rx’ on our platform require a valid prescription. If you already have a prescription, please upload a clear photo/document of it while ordering the product.
If you don’t have one, our vet will connect with you after you place the order to complete the consultation and verification process.

2. Why is a prescription required for some medicines?
To ensure safety: Prescriptions specify the right medication, dosage, and form. We double-check at every step to provide your pet with the correct treatment.
As per law: The Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Rules, 1945 mandate that certain medicines cannot be sold without a valid prescription.

3. How do I know if my pet’s prescription is valid?
As per government regulations, any prescription that contains the details of the doctor, patient, medicine, prescription date, and doctor’s sign/stamp is valid up to 6 months from the date of issue.

4. Are HUFT Pharmacy medicines delivered pan-India?
Currently, HUFT Pharmacy delivers only in select cities. Please enter your pin code at checkout to check availability in your area.

5. Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. You will receive a printed invoice at the time of delivery from the assigned delivery agent.
You can also view your order summary anytime on the HUFT app/website.

6. How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by following the below-given steps:
1. Go to Account
2. Click on My Orders
3. Select the order/product you want to cancel
Please note: Orders can only be cancelled before billing is done. Post billing, cancellation is not possible.

7. Can I return or exchange medicines ordered from HUFT Pharmacy?
Sorry, medicine orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to safety and regulatory reasons.
