Delivery

Even though your products are good, you delivery system and delivery partners are not, these was too much of unnecessary calls made to me by the rider. firstly why is my number shared to the rider, secondly when address information is already mentioned at the time of order why do they need my current location on whatsapp, coordination between the store/ website, warehouse is absolutely bad. I believe you are serving premium products and expect delivery also to be premium & seamless.

No, we do not sell pets, we only sell products that pets need.

Delivery timeline

Once an order is placed, it will be dispatched in 1-2 working days. After shipping, delivery will take 2-5 business days.
