Problem with the carrier

Hi, when I received the carrier, one of the top door flaps was separate inside the box.
I didn't realise that it was a broken piece till I tried fitting it. Top door has only one functioning flap n can be pushed open by the cat. Please let me know what can be done?

Delivery timeline

Once an order is placed, it will be dispatched in 1-2 working days. After shipping, delivery will take 2-5 business days.
