Absolutely! We customise grooming sessions based on your pet’s requirements. We offer dedicated full grooming services for puppies. For senior pets, extra care, sensitive skin-friendly products, and gentler techniques are always ensured.
We use high-quality, pet-safe grooming products that are gentle on your pet’s skin and coat. If your pet has allergies or sensitivities, please let us know before the session starts. Our expert groomers will make sure the products and services are tailored to your pet’s unique needs.
A grooming session typically takes 60–120 minutes, depending on your pet’s size, coat type, and selected services.
For your pet’s safety and hygiene reasons, pet parents are usually requested to wait outside the grooming area. However, you can discuss any special concerns with the staff beforehand.
Our groomers are trained to interact with anxious pets patiently. If a pet becomes too stressed or aggressive, the session may be paused or stopped to ensure your pet’s comfort and everyone’s safety.

Delivery timeline
Once an order is placed, it will be dispatched in 1-2 working days.
After shipping, delivery will take 2-5 business days.
Deliveries within Delhi NCR will be done within 48 hours from the date of order.
