We’ve put this together to help you understand how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered every step of the way.

1. Order Processing
- All orders are generally dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
- You will receive a confirmation email (and whatsapp where applicable) once your order is successfully placed, and another notification when your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline
We offer reliable and timely home delivery on all orders.
Standard Delivery
The estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges — if any — will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time based on order value, promotional campaigns, or specific products.
4. Order Tracking
- After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/whatsapp.
- You can use the courier partner’s portal to check the delivery status in real time.
5. Delivery & Receipt
- Deliveries are typically made during business hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM)
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
- If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier partner may attempt redelivery or return the package to a local facility.
6. Shipping Restrictions & Address Issues
- We currently deliver within India only.
- Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes, and certain remote locations may incur longer delivery times.
- Please enter the correct delivery address and pin code at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Delays & Exceptions
Although we make every effort to deliver on time, delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- Extreme weather or natural disasters
- Courier partner disruptions
- Government-mandated lockdowns or restrictions
- High seasonal order volume
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and notify our customer support at hello@headsupfortails.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- In case of confirmed damage or loss, we will arrange a replacement or refund basis investigation & our policies.
9. Cancellations & Order Modifications
- You may cancel your order before it’s dispatched by yourself or contacting our support team.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled in transit. You may return the order under our return policy after delivery (see linked Return & Replacement Policy).

We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our operations, shipping partners, or applicable laws. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
