With the Repeat Delivery Service, you never have to worry about those rushed, last minute trips to the pet store! You can also take those regular pet essentials off your grocery list because we’re putting them on ours. This service also ensures that you save on your order by automatically adding the best prices to your bill.

How does it Work?

All you have to do is activate the ‘Repeat Order’ option on your pet’s favourite products and we will have them delivered to you, like clockwork, at pre-specified intervals that you get to decide on! You can use this service for any product that you may need on a regular basis for your pet – food, litter, treats, grooming supplies and so on.

Set Your Schedule

  • Add a product to your cart and activate the 'Repeat Delivery' option
  • Select how often you need this product
  • Complete checkout
  • That's it! Products selected for 'Repeat Delivery' will be sent as scheduled!
 

Everything you need to know about the Repeat Delivery Service

  • Decide Your Own Schedule

    Whether you want cat litter delivered every couple of months or you want dog food sent home every three weeks, you get to set your own schedule!

  • Edit Your Order

    3 days before a Repeat Delivery is due, we send you a confirmation email. If you need to alter anything, you can do so in the ‘My Repeat Deliveries’ section of your HUFT account!

  • Save on Your Order

    Besides receiving at least 10% off on any full priced product, if any of the products you’ve ordered are on special offer, the discounted price is automatically added to your bill!

  • No Obligations

    You don’t have to worry about any lock-in clauses or contracts. You can alter, put on hold or cancel your repeat order whenever you want to. No hard feelings : )

  • Convenient Deliveries

    No matter how big or small the item is, we will have it delivered to an address that is convenient for you!

Do we sell pets?

No, we do not sell pets, we only sell products that pets need.

Delivery timeline

Once an order is placed, it will be dispatched in 1-2 working days. After shipping, delivery will take 2-5 business days.

Deliveries within Delhi NCR will be done within 48 hours from the date of order.

Personalised Orders may take 10-15 days for delivery.

You will also receive an email and SMS with tracking details to track your package.

Note: Orders can also be tracked through this chatbot (Main Menu).
