At the moment, groomers are assigned automatically based on availability—but all our groomers are professionally trained and pet-loving experts.

We try to accommodate slight delays, but the appointment may be marked as missed to avoid impacting others' bookings. We suggest to call the store if you're running late—they can help reschedule.

Currently, spa bookings are available only for in-store services. Home grooming services are not available at the moment.

Currently, our team is trained to groom only cats and dogs. We don’t accept grooming requests for birds, rabbits, rodents, or other small animals.
