MEASUREMENT ISSUE

Wanted to give 2 stars but giving 1 star extra for phone support!
If you are a customer reading this review, then give measurements atleast 3 inches loose than body measurements of your dog.
I gave body measurements of my dog , that is how measurements are given and its responsibility of the tailor to give margins.
The first cut tuxedo was pathetic. I had to make a lot of phone calls and then I had to go to warehouse to get it remade.
Phone support team is good and helped (rakshi helped all that she could). But mailing team support is not responsive at all.

No, we do not sell pets, we only sell products that pets need.

Delivery timeline

Once an order is placed, it will be dispatched in 1-2 working days. After shipping, delivery will take 2-5 business days.

Deliveries within Delhi NCR will be done within 48 hours from the date of order.

Personalised Orders may take 10-15 days for delivery.
