Delivery Status Issue

Delivery takes too much time and there is no status for the same.
It got soo much delayed and was not at oll able to track the status for somewhere around 10 days, which was quite frustrating. Though the product is good in quality but if possible you can work on your delivery status update it will be very very helpful for the customers.

My dog Bunny loves this bed a lot. He is a shih tzu and lhasa apso cross so medium size is perfect for him. He never used to sleep in his old bed. Always sleeps with me on my bed but he is puppy and not fully potty trained so I couldn'let him sleep on my bed. So eventually I started sleeping on the floor only to get him sleep on his bed. But stil no luck, he would rather sleep on the floor than on his old bed. But with his new bed from HUFT, i didn't even have to train him to sleep in it. He straight away started sleeping on this bed and now, we are having peaceful nights. Ohh, he so loves his pillow and would play with it until he goes back to sleep. Thank you HUFT❤️

Nice and comfortable

The product is really nice and comfortable for my pet. But it's a little big for him. I have a golden retriever and so I ordered a XL based on the size chart but it was a little big for him but otherwise it's lovely and he really likes it.

No, we do not sell pets, we only sell products that pets need.

Delivery timeline

Once an order is placed, it will be dispatched in 1-2 working days. After shipping, delivery will take 2-5 business days.

Deliveries within Delhi NCR will be done within 48 hours from the date of order.

Personalised Orders may take 10-15 days for delivery.
