Please improve delivery experience

Have ordered Farmina Dog Food. It’s a good quality food that I’m using for 2 years. My review is for HUFT delivery experience.
For the last 3 days I am getting message from BlueDart that my delivery is failed, without having anyone visit the given address for delivery and without any call as well. It’s 8th day from date of placing the order and I’m still receiving message from BlueDart that it’s attempting to deliver. Where is the ownership of HUFT?? Instead of sending messages to review the product how come the customer experience team hasn’t noticed that the delivery is still pending.
Now I think I should pick up from HUFT store or other local pet stores!
