Can we personalise our dog sweaters colour according my choice?
For now we don’t offer colour personalisation with our sweaters. But we’ve chosen a range of colours so there are options for both dogs with dark coats and those with light coats. So you should find something that works for your dog. When we do add more colours and patterns to our sweater collection we’ll be sure to let you know via our newsletter.

I love my dog and I want a cushion with my dog’s picture on it. How can I get it done from HUFT?
We’d be happy to get this made for you! Please email us a high resolution photo of your pet. If you have any other details or specific requests, put those in the email as well and our product specialist will be in touch with you to take you through the process.

What are the basic cleaning & washing instructions for bed?
We try to keep maintenance as simple as possible. You can have the beds dry cleaned but remember to check with the dry cleaner on the chemicals they use. You can vacuum the bed every other day to pick up the usual shed hair or even try a lint roller for this. The cushion in the centre can be removed and washed separately. Just make sure you dry it well before you put it back. The outer fabric is cotton canvas so it’s quite easy to wash it by hand. Specific care instructions will be listed on the product page.
